All I can say will be good things. I've been a customer for 25 years. During that time, the owners have changed, but they've managed to maintain the essence and quality of their baguettes, paninis, ciabattas... The service is great, the people are friendly. And as for the prices, they haven't raised much, which is appreciated now that everything is sky-high.

The value for money is amazing. It's crowded, affordable, and super fast. And the food is plentiful.

Good products, delicious baguettes and ciabattas, delicious paninis, and excellent croissants. A good selection, and for fast food, it's more than acceptable. It's been around for many years and is always a great option for a bite to eat or to take home. And, of course, it's an ideal place for those Saturdays or holidays when, after going out for a night out and drinks, you need to recharge your batteries. A great atmosphere and attentive staff, friendly waiters, and a super-friendly owner. Without a doubt, it has carved out a niche in Palencia's nightlife, providing pleasant service and a satisfactory product that make for a very pleasant experience.

Great value for money, it was 1:40 am on a Sunday and the service was friendly even though they were already closing, they served us and the sandwiches were of superior quality and at a very, very reasonable price.

Incredible, exceptional service from the very first minute. We went to order through Just Eat, but it wouldn't let us. We called by phone. The guy who served us was a delight. He told us that they had a lot of orders and that we had to wait an hour. We waited, and it arrived before the scheduled time, after about 40 minutes. The delivery guy was very friendly, and the dinner... delicious. We had never ordered here, but the quality and price were worth it. We will definitely be back.

The baguette shop's new look and Vero and Isma's friendly service, along with the delicious food they offer, make a visit a memorable moment. They also offer home delivery, which makes it incredibly easy to sample their sandwiches, baguettes, and croissants. A highly recommended spot.

Bagueteria Pablos is a symbol of Palencia; everyone here knows it. The family atmosphere and friendly service from the staff, but the best thing, without a doubt, is the quality/price ratio, which makes this place very affordable. Paninis, salads, pizzas, and portions are highly recommended. If you want to eat without complications, I highly recommend it.

What I liked the most is the paninis, I have my favorites, Veronese and Genoese, although I make the sauce spicy and exquisite, then the chocolate horseshoe, which is to order the entire tray, and the pizzas are delicious, especially for my taste, the kevap one, which I always order the same one, although you can order it as you like with any ingredient, then there is the drink that, compared to other fast food places, is the cheapest and most affordable.
